FEES:
Vendor Retail Sales – PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AS TO HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED.
Display space is $.75 @ square foot, any additional space is $.40 @ square foot (ex. Trailers, vehicles, campers)
($.40 @ square foot is for the 2 middle rows)
Display Non-Sales – display space is $.40 @ square foot
Equipment Exhibitor – space will be made available at a reasonable rate.
Food Vendors - $150 Admission Fee plus 15% of gross sales
Tables – 8’ x 30” = $10 Chair - $3
ALL ELECTRIC , TABLES AND CHAIRS MUST BE ORDERED BY JULY 1st!
SET-UP: It is important that you move in on schedule. Show officials will be at Cherry Springs for set-up Thursday, 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. If you need to, and are capable of setting up on Friday, you must be ready to go by 9 a.m.
TAKE DOWN: All exhibitors are under contract to remain open until at least Sunday's events are completed. Early departures are taken into consideration when preparing contracts for 2014.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is the responsibility of each exhibitor.
ELECTRIC: Electric will be provided free of charge. You will need to bring your own extension cord. Electric will be turned on Thursday, the day before the Show at 9 a.m. Please specify your amperage requirements.
LOGS: Exhibitors, if you need wood for demonstration purposes, please list how much, what size, and what type of wood. We will put you in touch with a local log yard that supplies us at a nominal fee.
INSURANCE: Liability Insurance is required; please send proof of insurance with the contract.
FOOD SUPPLIES: Food vendors are responsible for proper handling and storage of all food items. Health inspectors and State Park Officials have the final say.
MERCHANDISE SOLD: No firearms, ammunition, pornographic material, alcohol, drugs, etc. The Bureau of Parks has the authority to prohibit any other undesirable merchandise.
ADVERTISING: The Woodsmen’s Show will have a program booklet made! Please call the office if you would like information to purchase space in the booklet.
